Díaz sold his share of the society (10%) to Eng. Nieto. The 10th of July of 1995 María José Nieto acquired a 5% of the society and the 15th of July Rodrigo José Nieto acquired 5% of the society which he lately sold to María José Nieto on November of 2000.
